Take the first step in faith. You don’t have to see the whole staircase,
just take the first step.

About Coach Trish
Hey there! Trish, here.
I’m so glad and grateful that you have taken the time to not only visit my website but also for coming here to read about me. I’ll spare you here with the full story of my adventures and get right to the reasons you’re here.
I know we’ve never met, but the fact that you found me, tells me that we likely have a few things in common.
Are you an entrepreneur who lives with chronic illness or disability?
Me too. I live with multiple sclerosis, heart disease, and bipolar disorder and I am also the owner and founder of Changing Paces. I am a Work/Life Balance Coach, Accessibility Compliance Expert & Motivational Speaker.
Prior to life with chronic illness and disability, I was twelve years into a career in credit management. I was thirty years old, and my husband and I were riding high on our DINK (double income no kids) lifestyle when our lives hit a meteor.
Yes, we’re Boomers and we’re proud of it!
Is that another thing we have in common?
volunteering led to life coaching
Are you with me now?
Have you ever felt that your job was more important than your health? It took losing my job to realize how insane that was.coaching is my first love
My unique background, together with a natural flair for facilitation, leadership, and humour, positions me as an appropriate choice to ensure a dynamic educational experience or motivational event for your organization.
My coaching style is founded in patience and kindness and trust. Due to my vast knowledge of disabilities I’m able to create client centered coaching based on the needs of each individual and their chronic illness or disabilities. I brainstorm with my clients to help them highlight their strengths and build on them. As their self-esteem grows,we come up with new achievable goals to strive for. I love my work! It has truly been a pleasure to coach folks for over 25 years now!
Together we take a journey from where you are at today, perhaps feeling uncertain about your next steps and lacking a vision for down the road to a place of clear and concrete direction.
